The Small Print:

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

• Circuit Launderette Services Limited trading as Circuit Laundry (“Circuit”) of Meadowcroft Lane, Halifax Road, Ripponden, West Yorkshire HX6 4AJ, is the promoter of this promotion, which is sponsored by PayPal.
• This prize draw is open to all Circuit customers in the UK who are: (1) 18 years of age or older; (2) based at a University campus and have registered with Circuit (an “Eligible Participant”), with the exception of employees of Circuit, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
• To enter into a fortnightly prize draw (see table for specific dates/prizes) each Eligible Participant must for every entry:
• login or register with Circuit on the website or the Circuit mobile app (if available at your onsite laundry room), top up on a Circuit Laundry Card or Circuit Mobile App as usual during the fortnightly prize window (as set out in the below table) with a minimum of £10 and pay via a registered UK personal PayPal account in good standing. PayPal guest checkout is not valid;
• complete a wash or drying cycle; and
• not request a refund during the relevant fortnight window (see table for specific dates/promotion windows).       
• Circuit accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Circuit by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
• There will be 20 winners in total chosen at random across all participating Universities.
• There will be 4 winners each fortnight (each winning a prize bundle as set out in the below table).
• Every fortnight there is a new prize draw.
• There is no limit on the number of entries an Eligible Participant can make.
• To enter this promotion, your on-site laundry room needs to accept the Circuit Laundry Card or Circuit Mobile App. Coin-operated sites cannot participate in this promotion.
• There is no fee charged to enter any prize draw.
• The prizes are the following:

• All prizes will be provided by Circuit in the form of physical items, vouchers, gift cards or equivalent and terms and conditions for the third-party merchants stated above may apply. The third-party merchants of the prizes listed above are not affiliated with, or sponsors of, this promotion. Circuit accepts no liability for the provision of services received from third-party merchants in connection with this promotion. There is no cash alternative.
• The prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Circuit reserves the right to: (a) substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value; and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion by providing reasonable notice where possible.
• The winners of each fortnightly prize draw will be notified by Circuit via email or phone within 3 business days after the end of each prize fortnight window (see table above). The winners must claim their prize within 30 days after being notified by replying to the correspondence. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, Circuit reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
• In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this prize draw, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, Circuit reserves the right to end or suspend the prize draw; declare void the notification of winner(s); and/or to re-allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from the remaining legitimate entries.
• If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid. Circuit’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
• By entering the prize draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
