The Circuit Laundry Card
Everything you need to know about how to use and top up the laundry card. If you don’t have a laundry card, speak to your accommodation provider.
Please note: your mobile app cannot be connected directly to the laundry card. If you want to transfer funds from your mobile app account to your laundry card, please get in touch.
Get started
Register your card once you have read all the steps in this guide. You can register using our Let's Get Started section.
Find your laundry room
Enter your location via city/town, accommodation provider, and then laundry room name.
Top tip: If you cannot find your laundry room on the system, you can find the name of your specific location on a red sticker in the laundry room itself. This is usually located next to the door.
Add your Laundry Card number
After selecting your accommodation, confirm it is correct, then press the laundry card icon and type in your laundry card number.
Examples of laundry card numbers are provided below. Any text highlighted in red should be entered, including hypens.
Example 1: 076-345-546
Example 2: ESD 123456 6/09
Example 3: 101465005
If you see an error stating that the card number is incorrect, please contact us for help.
Add your details
Enter your personal details and click the 'confirm details' button. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your account; you must click the link to finish registering your card.
Top up your Laundry card
Click top up card. Confirm your accomodation name and laundry card number* and then choose your top-up amount.
Top tip: Always have your laundry card in front of you when topping up
* Everytime you top up, we will ask you to confirm your accommodation name and laundry card number. This is important as each top-up is specific to these details.
Pay for your top-up
When making a payment, we have 3 options for you to choose from:
- PayPal checkout button: Pay through a PayPal account
- Debit or credit card button: This is a debit/credit option powered by PayPal
- Freedom pay checkout button: Another debit/credit option
Get a top-up code
Once you make a payment, you will immediately receive your TOP-UP CODE. This will also be emailed to you along with your receipt. Keep this top-up code as you will need it for the next step.
Top tip: If you have lost your top-up code, the previous transactions section under 'My Account' will show all of your top-up codes.
Add the top-up code
To add your top-up code to your Laundry card, follow the instructions on the top-up machine in your laundry room.
Note: The top-up machine will tell you your laundry card balance before you add the top-up code. You can use the top-up machine to check your card balance anytime.
Do your laundry
Go to your washer or dryer of choice. It’s as easy as tapping or inserting your card, selecting the cycle and pressing start. Some machines without start buttons ask you to tap your card for a second time.
