The Circuit Go App
Everything you need to know about how to use the app. From setting up your account, and adding funds to starting a machine and other useful features on the app.

Set up your account
Download the right app! You can check which app your laundry room uses using our Getting Started section. We have two apps and your site will only use one of them.
Register
Click create a new user. To register, you need only your name, phone number, and a PIN that you select.
Add a payment method
Select a payment method on your app, you can change this in the future.
Select a machine
On your first time using your laundry room, press the button on the app saying “I'm in the laundry room”
Machines will show up, select the one you want and the programme you need.
Load the machine
Load your clothes and detergent into the machine and close the door. Make sure to select the programme you did on the app with the same one on the machine. Along with the temperature and spin speed.
