Please check out our Let’s Get Started page to find out which Circuit app you should be using.
Please contact us and we’ll get this sorted.
Our live agents work between 8:30am – 7pm Monday- Friday, and from 8:30am – 3:00pm at the weekend. But don’t forget that our apps offer tips, FAQ’s and troubleshooting, 24/7.
For help and top tips on washing your stuff with our machines, check out our handy laundry guide.
We’ve made sure you can use pods, powder or liquid, so the choice is yours. But please don’t pour liquid directly on to your clothes, as it can damage fabrics. Washing powder should be poured directly into the drum underneath your load.
Otherwise, please make sure you avoid:
While our machines are made to handle heavy loads, they’re not designed to wash duvets, and could be seriously damaged. Please take duvets to a specialist cleaner or launderette.
Take care not to underfill or overfill our washing machines, as this will stop the spin cycle and leave you with soaking wet, still-dirty clothes (which you MUST NOT then put into a dryer!).
Use the guides on the washing machine and make sure the load sits between the minimum and maximum lines.
We recommend separating heavy items like jeans, jumpers, and towels.

Keep hold of the item of clothing – please don’t throw it away – and make sure it’s dry (you might want to let it air dry to prevent further damage). Jot down the laundry room location and the number of the machine you were using.

Please keep in mind that all faults or damage must be reported within 48 hours.
Firstly, please double-check you haven’t overfilled the dryer. You should use the machine's instructions and only load it between the minimum and maximum guidelines.
If you haven’t overfilled the dryer, there could be a few reasons your clothes aren’t dry. Please contact us by starting a live chat, call us on 01422 820 026, or use our enquiry form.
Check that the machine hasn’t been overloaded (your washing shouldn’t go above the ‘maximum’ guideline).
At the end of the cycle, try taking out some clothes out and restart the cycle.
If you’re still having issues, please contact us by starting a live chat, call us on 01422 820 026, or use our enquiry form.
Check for any of our common fault codes here in the FAQs. If you can’t see the error there, please contact us by starting a live chat, call us on 01422 820 026, or use our enquiry form.
These codes mean the machine lock has sensed that the door is partially open. To solve the issue, please open the door and leave it for 5 seconds. When you’ve done this, slam it shut again, lean on the door handle for 15 seconds, reselect the cycle and press start.
These codes mean no water is getting into the machine. Check with site maintenance that the machines actually have a water supply.
